Spacebuilder can plan, liaise and co-ordinate a whole Project or single phase - acting as Main Contractor with CDM regulations or simply as a subcontractor providng services where needed.
Extensive knowledge & practical understanding of building logistics , enables our experienced team to move any type of modular complex or single unit quickly, safely with the minimum of disruption. Full site surveys can be carried out prior to any demounting and movement.

With Safety documentation including Method Statements and Risk Assessments being produced and submitted to the client for clearance, prior to any movement or installation.
Spacebuilder can design and install complete foundations i.e. concrete ; steel; piling dependant upon site conditions. Or simply supply pad loading information to clients for their own sub-contractors.
Prior to the building being delivered to site the utility services can be ducted for & installed by Spacebuilders own civils team i.e. Electric; Water; IT; Foul Waste etc.
Mains connections can also be organised by Spacebuilder if needed. Once the building is completed on site - Steps, ramps, the surrounding area can be landscaped with turf, concrete, tarmacing / paving etc as the project requires.

Refurbishment of existing accommodation is an excellent way of utilising outdated facilities. This gives the benefit of a “new” working environment to suit the current workforce at an affordable cost, leaving more funding for other projects. Interior & exterior changes can be made dependant upon the building structure and existing interiors, from a simple partition alteration to a full facility re-fitment – full layout drawings can be provided for client approval.
On-Site maintenance can also be provided to deal with unforseen problems which can arise.

Health and Safety at Work is a Spacebuilder priority, all operatives carry CSCS Safety Training Cards. We have our own qualified in-house Slinger/Signallers’ and Appointed Persons for working directly with cranage and haulage on sites when installing and removing buildings.
